Area Manager Chelsey and her team received a collection of handwritten thank you letters from children at one of the schools we support.
Not from teachers.
Not from management.
From the children themselves.
It’s difficult to explain just how meaningful that kind of feedback is in our industry.
Cleaning is often one of those jobs people only really notice when something has gone wrong. When everything is running properly, it can become part of the background. Quietly expected, but rarely acknowledged.
These letters were different.
They were genuine, thoughtful, and full of appreciation for the people who help look after the environment the children spend so much of their time in.
It was a reminder that children notice more than we sometimes realise.
They notice the care.
They recognise the effort.
Most importantly, they remember the people who consistently show up for them.
