I wanted to write to congratulate Sam on what a brilliant job she is doing. There has been a remarkable change to the cleaning standards and the team have clearly taken on board what is required of them under Sam’s management. I am very quick to highlight when things aren’t going so well, but feel it is extremely important that people know when they are doing a good job! The difference has been noticed and I want to pass on to Sam what a great job she is clearly doing. Please keep doing what you are doing! A huge Thank you!
