At first glance, jet washing a brand-new development might sound slightly unnecessary. After all, if everything is new, how dirty can it really be? The answer is: surprisingly dirty. Recently, Chun was asked to clean a set of floors that had seen much better days — heavily soiled after years of neglect, and the kind of job nobody pretended would be easy.
