Mole Valley shines a little brighter thanks to Allison Carr
At Mole Valley, it’s important that every store feels clean, welcoming, and well cared for — and that’s exactly what our team works hard to deliver. One person who really stands out is Allison Carr.
Allison is part of the cleaning team that supports multiple Mole Valley sites, and the pride she takes in her work is clear to see.
Allison first started cleaning at Mole Valley’s Liskeard store in 2010. After moving to West Devon in 2017, she rejoined the CleanKing team that October, this time at the Holsworthy branch. She also supported the nearby Mole Insurance office twice a week until it closed in 2023.
Today, Allison looks after two Mole Valley stores — the larger site in Holsworthy and a smaller one in Tavistock, where she’s been every Tuesday afternoon for the past three years. Both locations are consistently spotless, thanks to the care, pride, and high standards she brings to everything she does.
Outside of Mole Valley, Allison supports two nearby National Trust sites during the summer months. She’s been cleaning at Lydford Gorge since 2017 — a stunning, nature-filled site that’s as wet as it is beautiful. She also lends a hand at Finch Foundry when needed, often making a run under the leaky water wheel to get inside!
Based between Okehampton and Tavistock, Allison enjoys her downtime in the garden and loves spending time with her two dogs and two cats.
